STRESS & ANXIETY
Stress is everywhere in our lives. How do we deal with it? Is it bad for us? What are the side effects of prolonged stress? What to do when you are stressed?
Stress, Anxiety and How to Cope is the topic of the next Health Link interactive presentation by Nadine Gallagher, social worker at the Cookshire CLSC. The event is on Wednesday, April 19, at the Armoury Community Centre, 563 Main St., Bury. Lunch will be served starting at 11:30 a.m., followed by the presentation and a question-and-answer period, ending at 2 p.m. All are free of charge.

SEED SAVERS
The Sawyerville Community Garden invites gardeners to join the Seed Savers collective, COSMOS. It's an opportunity to learn different techniques for producing, harvesting and saving good organic, OMG-free and non-hybrid seeds. This project aims to protect and save certain varieties of heritage vegetables. Also available for purchase at the Sawyerville Community Garden are gardening tools: 5-tooth or 6-tooth grelinettes, leveling rakes, garlic planters, leek markers, and more.
